Production & Delivery

All watches are made to order. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided as a guideline only.

We strive to maintain excellent stock levels of parts and components. However, demand for new releases or promotional items may occasionally exceed expectations. If any delay affects your order, we will inform you promptly and keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping Address & Customs

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. For destinations not listed among the duty-paid regions, customs duties and clearance fees may apply once the shipment reaches your country. International deliveries may also be subject to customs inspections and procedures.

Duties & Taxes

DELMA offers free worldwide shipping on all watch orders.

We cover all customs duties, import taxes, and VAT for shipments to the following regions:

European Union
Switzerland
United Kingdom & Ireland
Canada

For all other destinations, including the United States, orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means any applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the purchase price and may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return DELMA products purchased through our website within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

The product is returned in its original, new, and unused condition
All protective tags and stickers must be intact
The item must be returned in its original DELMA box and delivery packaging, including all accessories and documentation
Products must show no signs of wear, use, or alteration

Please note:

We are unable to accept returns that do not meet these criteria
DELMA cannot refund any bank charges or currency conversion fees that may have been applied by your card provider
