A classic pilot’s watch, the new Delma Pioneer is infused with hints of key dial elements from foundational Delma models. Like the reflection of a late afternoon sun gently emanating off the surface of a jet plane, the Pioneer’s sunray-brushed dial attracts the rapt attention of others and accentuates the sophisticated interplay between the brushed and polished metal parts on the bracelet links. Both the striking Chronograph and stately 3-hand automatic models exude strength and nobility with their prominent 45mm cases. Extreme legibility and reliable functioning further help to incite a bold trailblazing mentality.
In the flight toward elegance and function, the distinctive minute track with square index stones strikingly highlights the hour markers to boldly lead the way. The date indicator at 3 o’clock on the 3-hand model or the more comprehensive day-date indicator on the Chronograph helps those who are always on the go keep up with their schedules. The Valjoux 7750 movement transforms the look of the Delma Pioneer into a completely arresting design, giving the Chronograph its classic and unmistakable look with sub-dials at 6, 9 and 12. Both models also feature a transparent case back to showcase the attractive and intricate Delma customized movement.
Delma’s continual focus on comfort coupled with performance means a choice between a matching bracelet or a fitting genuine leather strap with a folding buckle equipped with two pushers allowing the wearer to open and close the watch almost effortlessly without having to readjust the strap. Created with Delma’s characteristic durability, this watch designed for the sky also offers water resistance up to 50 meters for the 3-hand model and 100 meters for the Chronograph.
